The term “self-taught developer” may be a fiction since most of the knowledge we acquire, although not receiving any direct instruction, was in some manner facilitated by another party; a book author, a video author, a teacher, a community, and possibilities provided to us by other people. I am a scholar who enjoys learning and rarely needs to ask questions, but I received a lot of assistance from strangers, acquaintances, and friends to reach this point in my career. The communities listed below are noteworthy ones from which I've benefited, some of which I actively participate in.
